By downloading or using The Pit Log ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information stored in or exported from the App. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle maintenance decisions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Turner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
